It also requires ECM programming to deal with the DTC’s associated with removal of the EGR motor. Essentially an EGR delete removes the EGR valve/motor assembly along with the EGR cooler etc. try turning the key on, then off, leave the key off, wait about 4-5 minutes then with key off try to pull code, if it dont work turn key on pull and clear code then urn off and re start... Cranks, no start. I isolated it to the wiring harness, and sure enough there was a spot where a metal bracket had worn through the wiring harness. Dec 13, 2015 · P0090. Circuit/System Description. I tried pulling the plug just to see if I noticed anything different and I ended up with p0090 and the high fuel rail pressure code which I think was p0088. I did end up replacing one of the small rubber fuel hoses during install and used the same procedures i as would changing a fuel filter.
